Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Slice open onion and separate the rings.
Whisk egg in one bowl & finely crunch
chips into another bowl.
Dunk onions into egg wash then
coat with chips. Repeat.
Place on oven tray & bakeĀ
for 10-15 minutes.
